Refund, Exchange and Returns Policy for Dex & Lani Kids and Living:
Thank you for choosing Dex & Lani Kids and Living. Please review our refund, exchange and returns policy outlined below.
Items ineligible for Return, Refund or Exchange:
- Drinkware, plush toys, personalised products, and sale items cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged.

Pop-Up Stalls (e.g. at Milleara Shopping Centre or Preston Market or Monthly Markets such as Kensington Market) items cannot be refunded, unless there is a fault.
Eligibility Criteria for Return, Refund, or Exchange:
- For products including toys to be eligible, they must be in their original packaging, unopened, unused, and with any tags attached.

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are not accepted due to a change of mind.
Conditions for Returns and Refunds:
- Returns, exchanges, and refunds are only applicable if the product is faulty.
- For a return, email dexandlani@gmail.com providing a description and reason, proof of purchase and photographs (if required due to a fault).

If eligible, returns, exchanges, and refunds must be initiated (via email) within 14 days of purchase.
Return Procedure
- If an order or product has received approval from us to be returned, please package it carefully and provide us with a tracking number.
- Upon receiving the item, we will review and assess its eligibility for return, refund, or exchange.
- Where the return, refund or exchange is approved then we will either repair, replace or refund at no charge to you.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.
Important Note:
- Do not return an order or product without prior approval from us, as it will not be accepted and will be returned to your address.
- We reserve the right to refuse items if the above conditions are not met.
